What Our Students
Have To Say
Right after graduating, I decided to create a brand and start professionalising everything that I had already been working on at university. During my college years I had the chance to immerse myself in the industry: sending my clothes to magazines, stylists and even collaborating with the brand Palomo Spain. Doing my internship there and getting to work with Alejandro Gómez Palomo and his team was the perfect experience to see and learn how an independent brand works. My willingness and self-confidence led me to collaborate with great creatives and also to debut at the Madrid Fashion Week, but that was not my first show. I already had the experience at Palomo and also at the ESDI Degree Fashion Show, where I launched my graduation collection before everything happened. This opportunity helped me to make the first move in the Barcelona fashion scene.
Javier Guijarro
Fashion Designer.Choosing ESDI when diving into the realm of design was the best choice, since I learned to approach work in a new way and observe the world from a different perspective, while also gaining skills for my future as a professional.
Sonia Marín
Interior Designer and Renderer at Mediapro Exhibitions. The training period should help individuals recognize the different professional paths that they can pursue with the acquired skills. To think that studying design means one must aspire to be a designer is not to understand the idiosyncrasy of our time. I believe it's more empowering to use the academy to cultivate sensitivity, as this allows a 'designer' to become many other things.
